Sessions are available for individuals and couples. Sessions last at least one hour and are online via Zoom or other video platform.
New for 2025: I have opened an office in Downtown Charlottesville for personal sessions and customized half-day and whole-day personal intensives on Mondays and Saturdays.(Contact me for location and parking directions).
Sessions are designed to meet each individual’s or couple’s needs. There is a beautiful bubble of inter-relationship that arises in sessions which is a laboratory for how relationships should feel and work in life. Each session brings in resources of spiritual and emotional comfort and support to reinforce the natural resources and strengths that accompany each of us. I may suggest reading material or exercises between sessions to help speed up the work. There is often an experiential component to the sessions. Something new is experienced and felt.
With 25 years of experience I also offer Supervision Sessions to Therapist and am certified to offer Supervision Requirements to all levels of students in Diane Poole Heller’s Trauma Solutions Programs. Supervision is so powerful as it always offers personal insights and growth for the therapist as well as positive change for the client. We all have our blindspots and need help to offer the best services to our clients.
