• Originally created by Bert Hellinger, Constellations provide a unique view of what is happening beneath the surface of our suffering.
• Constellation work reveals family entanglements and inter-generational trauma for insights and healing.
• Group members are asked to be representatives in another’s family, creating a deep resonance and attunement for a multi-dimensional group experience.
• This work is guided by a modern understanding of neuroscience and trauma-informed, body centered, somatic experience.
